Parking
Parking for the event can be found in parking lot A. Permit requirements for lot A only are waived for the day of the event. Accessible spaces are available at the south end of the lot. If you require a shuttle to reach Aldrin Plaza, please contact us in advance of the event at (555) 555-5555 or events@xyz.edu.
Food and Drink
While on campus, please enjoy our many dining options. Food trucks will also be available on the west side of Aldrin Plaza, should weather permit. Those seeking beverages can also find vending machines in the lobby of the Sally Ride Building.
Inclement Weather
Should rain, heavy wind, or other inclement weather occur on the day of the event, activities will be moved inside the Sally Ride Building next to Aldrin Plaza. Student rocket launches will unfortunately be unable to take place should the event be moved indoors.
