Web Managers must train and support Content Hub editors to ensure content reflects George Mason’s brand, accessibility, and web content guidelines.
Web Managers carry out this role through:
- Training – Introduce editors to Content Hub workflows and available resources.
- Brand and Web Content Standards – Reinforce alignment with George Mason’s brand, digital accessibility, and web content guidelines.
- Support – Provide guidance, answer questions, and, when needed, submit issue reports on behalf of Content Hub editors.
- Accountability – Acknowledge that all web content represents the university and contributes to the reputation of the gmu.edu domain.
