Web Managers train and support Content Hub editors to ensure that shared content—news stories, biographical profiles, and academic program marketing items—meets George Mason’s brand, digital accessibility, and web content standards.
Web Managers must complete these steps with new Content Hub Editors before they publish content:
- Take the George Mason brand training - self guided, takes less than 30 minutes to complete
- Review George Mason web content standards - includes federal, Commonwealth, and university requirements
- Complete the Content Hub learning journey - learn to create, edit, and publish news story, profile and program items
- Explore the Component Catalog - review available page components and see example news story, profile and program items
- Review digital accessibility requirements and compliance resources on the Assistive Technology Initiative website
- Download ANDI - browser extension tool for checking web content accessibility
